Associate Corporate / M&A / Restructuring (advocaat-medewerker)

We are looking for an associate (advocaat-medewerker) to join our corporate, M&A and restructuring practice, based at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol.

The role

You work directly with the principal on corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings (including WHOA proceedings) and related disputes, mostly for clients active in more than one country. You draft and negotiate, advise boards and shareholders, and take responsibility for files from an early stage.

Who you are

• A Dutch advocaat with more than three years of experience in corporate law
• Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken
• Commercially minded, precise, and comfortable with responsibility
• Willing to travel
