Real files from day one
You work directly with the principal on transactions, restructurings and disputes, not on a small slice of someone else's file. Client contact and responsibility come early.
Law and tax at the same table
Corporate, M&A, restructuring and tax come together on most matters, so you learn to see a deal the way the client does.
International by default
English is our working language and most clients are active in more than one country. You travel to clients abroad, join business development trips, and, if you wish, spend working periods at our Zürich office.
Grow with the firm
There is more work than hands. New people get real files quickly, and as the firm grows, so do your responsibility and your own client relationships. You help decide how the practice develops.

Who we look for
People who like responsibility, are curious about how businesses work, write clearly in English and Dutch, and are happy to travel. For legal roles, that usually means a Dutch advocaat with solid experience in corporate, transactional or restructuring work.
Students and recent graduates: we take interns for set periods, working on live matters alongside the team.
