Amsterdam, 29 June 2026 - BISSESSUR has advised the sellers on the successful sale of a hotel property near Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, operated under a well-known international hotel brand, to an international hotel operator in a transaction with a total deal value of €55 million.
The hotel was developed and sold by a group of Dutch private equity investors. Located near Amsterdam Schiphol Airport, the hotel comprises more than 280 rooms and represents a substantial hotel property in one of the Netherlands’ key airport-related hospitality markets.
BISSESSUR acted as legal counsel to the sellers and was responsible for the preparation and negotiation of the transaction documentation throughout the sale process. The transaction was handled jointly by BISSESSUR’s Amsterdam Schiphol and Zürich offices.
The buyer is part of an international Turkish hospitality group with hotel ownership and operating activities.
