Jouke Brada is of counsel to Bissessur, working from our Zürich (Switzerland) location. With a strong background in corporate law and more than four decades of legal experience, he focuses on corporate finance, alliances, mergers & acquisitions, and restructuring. He has advised on cross-border transactions, structured financings for both established companies and start-ups, and complex corporate reorganisations. 

Previously, Mr Brada was a founding partner in a major Dutch law firm, where he built up a commercial practice with a distinguished international dimension. Drawing on that extensive foundation, he now dedicates his time to supporting the expansion of Bissessur, helping to develop our cross-border capabilities and international client offering.
